Wesley Iwundu commits to K-State
Last week, the Kansas State basketball program got better with a commitment from Hirschi (TX) guard Marcus Foster. As Kansas State begins a new week, the Wildcats also get another commitment. Assistant coach Alvin Brooks III helped bring in another talented prospect from the state of Texas.
Westfield (TX) wing Wesley Iwundu committed to Kansas State last night after announcing his decision on Twitter. The 6-6 wing narrowed his list down to two schools with KSU and SMU involved. A week following his official visit to Kansas State, he just couldn’t prolong his recruitment any longer and decided to commit.
“I’ve been feeling it in my heart for awhile now,” Iwundu told the Kansas City Star. “So I decided to make it official.”
